As a Medical Records Coding and Transcription Analyst, your core responsibilities include: - Thoroughly reviewing patient documentation to understand assigned diagnoses. - Accurately transforming healthcare data, including diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment, into standardized alphanumeric medical codes. - Contributing to the creation of a uniform language for describing the causes of injuries, illnesses, and deaths within the healthcare system. - Facilitating consistent documentation practices between different medical facilities through precise coding.

Ideal candidates will possess: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO setting, specifically within EM OP Multispecialty, or hold a CPC certification. - Experience in a QC Auditor role or the ability to mentor freshers as an SME. - Proficient knowledge of surgery coding across multiple specialties and procedure codes. - At least 1 year of experience navigating Windows PC applications, including keyboard proficiency, screen navigation, and adapting to new software. - The flexibility to work scheduled shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential adjustments based on client needs. - Willingness to accommodate overtime and weekend work as required by business demands. - Strong oral and written English communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.
