We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in creating robust, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs using advanced CAD tools, ensuring adherence to stringent engineering standards and client specifications.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing wind turbine components and mechanical systems that meet all functional, reliability, and safety requirements. You will create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using NX and CATIA.

Key tasks involve developing mechanical concepts for fabricated structures, sheet metal, and various assembly types. You'll apply advanced CAD techniques, specify tolerances using GPS/GD&T, and prepare essential engineering documentation. Performing tolerance stack-up analysis and conducting design validations are also critical aspects of this role.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a background in Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Wind Energy, or related fields. A strong command of NX and CATIA, coupled with experience in parametric modeling and assembly management, is essential.

Proficiency in designing sheet metal components, fabricated structures, and welded assemblies is necessary. You should possess a solid understanding of GD&T and engineering drafting standards. Experience with PLM systems like Teamcenter is also expected for this position.
