NTT DATA seeks innovative and passionate individuals to join our forward-thinking organization. As an MDM Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can align MDM initiatives with business objectives, data governance policies, and enterprise architecture principles.

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in data management and MDM platforms, particularly Stibo STEP, to lead our complex projects.

Lead the design and end-to-end solution architecture for Stibo STEP implementations across product, customer, and supplier domains. Define data models, including entities, hierarchies, and attributes, and architect integration patterns with enterprise systems like MDG and S4/Hana.

Design robust data governance frameworks, encompassing workflows, stewardship models, and data quality rules. Provide technical leadership on STEP configurations, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, and enforce MDM best practices and standards.

Oversee data migration strategies, support integration architecture decisions, and ensure end-to-end solution validation. Mentor team members on STEP capabilities and MDM best practices, while actively participating in architecture governance.

A minimum of 8-12 years in data management, MDM, or enterprise application architecture is essential, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with MDM platforms, preferably Stibo STEP. Three to five years in an architecture or technical lead role driving end-to-end solution design is required.

Demonstrated expertise in MDM concepts, including data modeling, governance, hierarchy management, and data quality frameworks is crucial. Proven experience designing complex data models and multi-domain MDM solutions, along with strong experience in integration architecture (REST APIs, event-driven, batch processing) for over 5 years.

Familiarity with STEP configuration, including business rules (JavaScript), workflows, and data structures, is necessary. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and experience with cloud or hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS) are expected. A strong understanding of Agile delivery models and excellent communication and leadership skills are vital.
