As a Material Planning Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Your insights will identify trends and patterns crucial for company growth. This position is integral to maintaining uninterrupted production and excellent customer service levels.

Ensure complete material availability by executing precise supply, capacity, and MRP planning.

Translate strategic and tactical supply plans into actionable material schedules. These will align with supplier capacity, factory needs, and contractual agreements.

Proactively resolve supply risks, exceptions, and delays with suppliers, factories, warehousing, and procurement. Minimize cost and operational impact.

Optimize material parameters like MOQ, lead times, and safety stock for improved accuracy and responsiveness. Reduce waste and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Oversee MRP processes, aligning purchase signals with global standards, policies, and master data.

Manage supplier performance, confirmations, and logistics to guarantee timely inbound material flow and effective production.

Support business reviews by publishing material planning KPIs and conducting analytical deep dives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally on product changes, planning meetings, and strategic projects. Ensure material readiness for new launches and operational shifts.

Requires 4 to 8 years of experience in Material Planning.
