As a Marketing Science Lead, you will cultivate robust relationships with key client stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives and measurement requirements.
You will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive joint measurement plans for advertisers and agencies. This includes integrating data foundations, designing incrementality experiments, and applying Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), full-funnel measurement, and attribution frameworks to clearly demonstrate media value.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior analytics, finance, and marketing leaders. Challenge conventional approaches, foster executive partnerships, and present persuasive data-driven narratives that shape critical business decisions.
Drive the commercial cycle for key data and measurement opportunities within Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP). This involves increasing feature adoption, scaling AI innovations, and accelerating overall business growth.
Advise clients on building privacy-resilient data foundations. Spearhead the implementation of Google’s tagging infrastructure (gTag, GTM, server-side GTM) and sophisticated first-party data (1PD) solutions, including the Data Manager API and Google Cloud integrations, to ensure reliable signal capture.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
We are looking for a minimum of 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, and successfully selling AdTech/MarTech solutions is essential.
Proven ability to quantify the return on investment (ROI) for advertising spend using experimental methods (e.g., A/B testing, Geo experiments, User lift experiments), advanced attribution models (e.g., SKAN, MTA), or statistical methods (e.g., Causal Inference, MMM, Statistical MTA) is a must.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics or Economics, or an MBA with a focus on quantitative methods.
Experience in direct client consulting, advising on the impact of advertising on business outcomes, and building collaborative partnerships with external measurement vendors to align stakeholders and advocate for optimal solutions is highly valued.
Familiarity with 1PD strategies, customer data infrastructures, and Google’s measurement ecosystem—including Google Analytics, Google Ads, tagging systems (gTag, GTM, server-side GTM), and relevant APIs (e.g., Data Manager API)—is beneficial.
A strong understanding of brand and performance measurement frameworks, with hands-on experience executing marketing experiments, incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) is advantageous.
Knowledge of online (Search, Display, Video/CTV) and offline (TV, OOH) advertising channels, brand analysis techniques, and the application of modern AI-powered marketing tools will set you apart.
