You will collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing, engaging in diverse marketing channels including social media, content creation, community building, events, email campaigns, partnerships, and SEO.

Key activities include crafting engaging social media posts, editing video content, pitching collaborations, participating in events, and actively engaging with our online community. You'll be encouraged to identify and solve marketing challenges proactively, embracing a fast-paced, iterative approach.

Proficiency in AI tools like Emergent, Claude Code, and Codex is expected, as we encourage using cutting-edge technology to enhance marketing efforts.

We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated initiative by shipping personal projects, such as a side hustle, Substack newsletter, YouTube channel, AI tool, or managing a Discord server.

You should possess a deep understanding of current online trends, a knack for creating captivating content, and the ability to work at a high pace. A preference for building scalable systems over performing repetitive tasks is essential.

Demonstrated taste and a critical eye for quality, along with existing familiarity with AI tools in your daily workflow, are required for this role.
