This position involves leading a team focused on the India market, working collaboratively with leaders, People Partners, and other People Operations specialists. You will provide expert guidance and tailored solutions for a wide range of People Operations activities across diverse organizations.
Lead and inspire market-focused teams to successfully implement country-specific HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with national people strategies and enhancing the employee experience.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market plan derived from the people strategy, People Operations objectives, key results (OKRs), and the specific needs of the region.
Oversee in-country compliance requirements, conduct risk assessments, review regulatory obligations, and support labor relations and union engagement.
Collaborate with compliance, process ownership, user support, and Corporate Operations Engineer (COE) teams to prioritize and mitigate market-related risks.
Address challenges, identify root causes of issues, and design and implement cross-functional solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 15 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
Requires a minimum of 7 years in people management.
Preferred qualifications include experience in leading large-scale HR projects, risk management, change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities. A strong sense of personal and professional credibility, responsiveness, business acumen, integrity, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills are crucial, alongside strong project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
