Join our Manufacturing Strategy team as an Associate and play a key role in shaping global manufacturing and capacity strategies. This position supports long-term business growth, resilience, and security of supply.

You will collaborate with manufacturing sites, engineering, and integrated supply chain partners. Your work will translate enterprise-level strategies into actionable initiatives, robust business cases, and clear roadmaps. This role emphasizes analytical prowess and operational expertise within a complex global organization.

Responsibilities

Drive manufacturing and capacity strategy execution by developing and implementing global plans aligned with business objectives. Translate strategies into site-specific roadmaps and initiatives.

Develop and evaluate strategic business cases for network design, capacity expansion, and resilience projects, including cost-benefit and risk analyses. Contribute to make/buy assessments and footprint decisions.

Support the definition and tracking of KPIs for manufacturing capacity, utilization, and financial performance. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.

Assist with change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and communication for manufacturing strategy initiatives. Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Possess 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing strategy within a regulated industry.

Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing operations and capacity planning, with experience in sterile, aseptic, or highly regulated environments being advantageous. Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Familiarity with business cases, financial acumen, and frameworks like Lean and Six Sigma is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to convey complex analyses and strategic insights to senior leadership.
