Join our dynamic Testing Services team as a Manual Testing Technical Lead, specializing in UFT. This role is ideal for a meticulous tester with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing, particularly in manual testing methodologies. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong grasp of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing requirements, designing comprehensive test cases, and executing various testing types to deliver robust software solutions. Become a key player in our commitment to excellence in testing.

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to develop effective test strategies. Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and prepare necessary test data for thorough validation. Perform a range of testing, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Execute existing UFT automated test scripts and meticulously analyze the results for any discrepancies.

Validate application behavior across diverse environments, ensuring consistent performance. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools to facilitate timely resolution. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any issues promptly. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Prepare comprehensive test execution reports and provide regular status updates to the team and management. Support production validation and post-release testing activities to ensure a smooth deployment. Uphold and ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

Possess 3-4 years of dedicated experience in Manual Testing, with a solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Proven experience in conducting Functional, Regression, System, Integration, and UAT Testing is essential. Demonstrable hands-on experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Data is required.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM/Quality Center is beneficial. Experience in executing UFT test suites and analyzing execution results is a key requirement. A good understanding of test management processes and documentation is expected.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary for effective problem-solving. Basic SQL knowledge for database validation will be advantageous. This role requires a detail-oriented individual committed to delivering high-quality software.
