Seeking a skilled Manual Testing Subcontractor with 6-7 years of experience. This role involves meticulous analysis of requirements to develop robust test scenarios and cases, ensuring comprehensive software quality through various testing types. The position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and system tests. You will identify and meticulously track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Collaboration with development and business teams is crucial for clarifying requirements and resolving issues, ensuring seamless end-to-end workflow validation across UI, APIs, and backend data. This role also involves supporting UAT, mentoring junior testers, and continuously enhancing QA processes and methodologies.

A strong foundation in SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies is essential. Expertise in functional, regression, smoke/sanity, and integration testing is required, alongside hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools. The ideal candidate can write clear test cases, possesses a good understanding of database testing with SQL, and has experience with basic API testing using Postman. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount for effective stakeholder management.
