Business Architects create a unified and coherent view across business domains, from strategic planning to execution. They develop models and maps of organizational value capabilities and structures to drive transformation, improve operational value delivery, and establish a sustainable IT landscape.

Lead the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive business architecture solutions. Champion architectural topics within the community and demonstrate a strong passion for both technology and business insight.

Serve as a stream lead at CIO or CTO level for internal or external clients. Drive Capgemini's operations related to market development and service delivery excellence. Be recognized as a role model within the local professional community.

Proven experience in designing and managing business architecture solutions.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities in architectural discussions and a strong understanding of business acumen and technology trends.

Experience working at a strategic level (CIO/CTO) in a lead capacity.

Preferably hold certifications such as Capgemini Architects (Level 2+), IAF, or TOGAF 9.
