Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable (A/R) service delivery for Portuguese-speaking markets. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant A/R operations while managing team performance, customer experience, and process enhancements.

The position involves overseeing critical finance processes including invoice generation, payment processing, reconciliation, and customer support for A/R-related queries.

As a leader, you will foster a high-performing team and drive operational excellence within the Accounts Receivable domain.

Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice generation, delivery, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Manage team workload, capacity, and service level agreements (SLAs), proactively identifying and addressing performance risks.

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex A/R issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve swift resolutions.

Drive team development through effective coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential proficiency in Portuguese for managing operations in Portuguese-speaking markets.

Proven ability to lead and develop an operational team, including performance coaching and workload allocation.

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable operations, including managing service performance metrics and resolving complex exceptions.

Experience in collaborating with diverse Finance and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
