Oversee all facets of fund and client accounting, ensuring precision, compliance, and prompt delivery. This includes leading cash and position reconciliations, validating daily accruals and PNL, and managing diverse asset classes. You will guide the accounting team, facilitate seamless onboarding of new funds and clients, and deliver high-quality client reports and regulatory assessments.

Key duties involve guiding daily cash and position reconciliations, overseeing accrual and PNL validation, applying in-depth knowledge of various asset classes like equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternatives in accounting processes, and managing end-to-end fund and client accounting tasks including NAV calculation and general ledger activities. You'll also lead and mentor the accounting team, manage new fund and client onboarding, prepare and review client reports, and evaluate regulatory requirements.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Essential qualifications include a robust understanding of fund and client accounting principles, expertise across multiple asset classes, and proficiency with Aladdin or comparable investment accounting systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills are also required.

Preferred qualifications include 8-10 years of relevant fund/client accounting experience, proven team leadership within financial services, and hands-on operational knowledge of the Aladdin accounting platform.
