Join our Finance Transformation team as a Manager specializing in Workday Planning. This role is key to driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports using Adaptive Planning. You will analyze complex financial and workforce models, translating them into actionable insights within the Adaptive Planning suite.

This position offers the opportunity to provide technical guidance on design, configuration, and troubleshooting for Adaptive products, while maintaining and enhancing our existing offerings.

Implement and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports within the Adaptive Planning platform. Analyze financial and workforce models, both spreadsheet and non-spreadsheet based, and convert them into Adaptive Planning solutions. Provide expert technical guidance covering design, model configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite of products. Maintain up-to-date proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite. Develop and continuously enhance the existing Adaptive Planning product offering to meet evolving business needs.

Must possess current Adaptive Planning certification. Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is highly desirable. Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least two full end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning. A strong background in financial or management accounting is essential. Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to manage effectively against project timelines and goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Candidates should be well-organized and detail-oriented.
