Design, develop, and maintain robust Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting), and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

Utilize expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to build seamless data flows.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures, ensuring system stability.

Support Workday releases, implement enhancements, and address ongoing production issues.

Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

Mandatory Workday certifications, including Integration certification and certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend.

Possess overall 5+ years of IT experience in integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects.

Demonstrate experience in delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions and a clear understanding of the integration landscape.

Experience in conducting technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, along with client-facing experience and a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture.

Proficiency with middleware and integration technologies, and proven experience building interfaces using Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio integrations, Payroll Interfaces, and Extend.

Familiarity with advanced, matrix, and composite reports, calculated fields, and tenant management processes. Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or B.Tech/M.Tech is required.
