This role involves collaborating with clients to implement and optimize Workday Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and driving long-term growth.

Analyze business requirements and design effective Workday Finance solutions. Configure and provide ongoing support for Finance modules. Lead business process workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analyses. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including FDDs and BRDs. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reports. Oversee system testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Deliver end-user training and create essential user guides. Support data migration, validation, and cutover processes. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support. Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Workday Finance is essential. Demonstrated functional expertise in key modules such as Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Reporting. A solid understanding of core business processes and industry best practices is crucial. Proven ability in requirement gathering, solution design, and creating detailed documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are a must. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and experience in client interaction. Familiarity with integrations and Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
