Implement, configure, and support Workday Finance solutions. Analyze business needs and design effective system configurations. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis. Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations. Execute system testing, UAT, and provide deployment support. Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation. Manage data migration, validation, and cutover activities. Resolve functional issues and provide ongoing post-go-live support. Foster strong collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.

Requires 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance implementations. Possess strong functional expertise in modules like FDM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses. Demonstrate proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA in Finance is required. Workday certifications and experience in Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
