Join our gTech Ads team, a crucial part of Google's support and technical services for Ads products. We empower customers to maximize their use of our Ad and Publisher products through a wide array of services, including enhanced self-help, in-product support, and expert consultation.

Our role involves partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to innovate and refine solutions, tools, and services. We are dedicated to enhancing product capabilities and elevating the client experience, ensuring customers achieve optimal ROI with Google.

The Tools, Automation and Infrastructure (TAI) Engineering teams are at the forefront of supporting gTech Ads, developing scalable and globally applicable platforms and solutions.

Set and communicate clear individual and team priorities aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, foster development, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Utilize data-driven insights from user behavior analysis to drive feature enhancements and identify opportunities for improvement. Optimize front-end code and tools by collaborating with engineers, ensuring their accuracy and suitability for user needs.

Collaborate with business leaders and product managers to identify, recommend, and prioritize new web features and applications based on user needs. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and optimize the user experience through research and collaborative efforts with engineers and product managers.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development is required.

We seek candidates with 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design, alongside 2 years of experience in a tech lead or engineering management role.

Proficiency in back-end languages such as Java, Python, or C++, front-end languages like JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) are essential.

Preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience designing scalable microservice or cloud system architectures, as well as experience with site reliability engineering, information security, or DevOps practices.
