The Tools, Automation and Infrastructure (TAI) Engineering teams are integral to supporting the future of gTech Ads, building scalable and globally applicable solutions and platforms.

Lead and mentor a team by setting clear priorities aligned with organizational goals, conducting regular performance and development discussions, and providing constructive feedback.

Utilize data-driven insights from user behavior analysis to drive feature enhancements and identify optimization opportunities.

Enhance front-end code and tools to effectively meet user needs. Collaborate with engineers to refine code and tools, ensuring their accuracy and appropriateness.

Partner with business leaders and product managers to understand user needs and develop plans for new web features and applications.

Conduct user research and work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize the overall user experience.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical software development experience is required.

We seek individuals with 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design, complemented by 2 years in a tech lead or engineering management role.

Proficiency in back-end languages (Java, Python, or C++), front-end languages (JavaScript or TypeScript), and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) is essential.

Preferred candidates will have 2 years of experience in designing scalable microservice or cloud system architectures, along with 2 years in site reliability engineering, information security, or DevOps practices.
