Join a leading finance transformation team as a Manager, specializing in Treasury. Lead and deliver treasury transformation initiatives for clients, focusing on enhancing control over treasury, liquidity, risk, and cash operations. Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of Kyriba solutions. Oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful Kyriba module implementations. Drive automation of manual processes, strengthen controls, improve cash and liquidity visibility, mitigate financial risks, and boost operational efficiencies. Combine strategic consulting, project management, and technical expertise to support informed decision-making.

Contribute to business development, solution design, practice enhancement, and team mentoring. Stay current with treasury best practices, emerging technologies, and Kyriba product advancements. Lead solution design workshops, create blueprint documents, and design innovative solutions based on client requirements. Configure and test solutions, assist with testing phases, and provide go-live support. Lead training sessions and drive issue resolution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

A CA or MBA from a reputable institution is preferred; candidates with an engineering background will be considered. Mandatory Kyriba certification across various modules, including connectivity, deal capture, risk, valuations, hedge accounting, payments, and Bank API, is essential. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant treasury experience in consulting or industry roles is required. Proven prior experience with end-to-end Kyriba implementations, including functional blueprinting and technical configuration/integrations, is a must. Experience in treasury consulting at leading management consulting firms is highly valued.

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Cash and Liquidity Management, Bank Relationship Management, Payment Management, Financial Transactions, Risk Management, and Connectivity is crucial. The ability to challenge the status quo, present compelling arguments for change, and manage teams and projects effectively is expected. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive learning attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office, are necessary. Willingness to travel for project requirements is also key.
