This role is key to owning cluster architecture and delivery across diverse cloud (AKS) and edge (K3s) restaurant environments, driving innovation and efficiency.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in modern infrastructure management and deployment strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.

You will be responsible for owning cluster architecture and delivery across both cloud (AKS) and edge (K3s) restaurant environments. This includes hands-on experience with edge deployment automation, cloud containerized application management, and sophisticated traffic routing and load balancing solutions. Furthermore, you'll manage autoscaling, load balancing for edge deployments, and edge networking configurations, ensuring robust resiliency and disaster recovery mechanisms are in place.

This role demands 7-15 years of experience and requires deep, hands-on expertise in:

- Edge Deployment Automation using K3s cluster provisioning, managed via Spectro Cloud (Palette) with Flux for GitOps. - Cloud Containerized App Management with AKS cluster operations and Helm/Kustomize packaging. - Traffic Routing and Load Balancing using Traefik. - Autoscaling and Load Balancing specifically for edge environments. - Edge Networking with Calico CNI and network policy enforcement. - Edge Resiliency and Disaster Recovery leveraging Azure Arc-enabled Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor for troubleshooting and fleet health visibility.
