Take ownership of provisioning, patching, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security gating for the edge hardware and container supply chain. Responsibilities include managing Azure resources and the Azure Arc-connected edge fleet using Terraform and Terragrunt. You will implement artifact security scanning and gates with Wiz and Azure Container Registry (ACR) within CI/CD pipelines.

Key duties involve edge deployment automation for bare-metal provisioning, patch management for OS/runtime/Kubernetes components and firmware, and configuring edge networking. You will also oversee edge resiliency and disaster recovery, including automated recovery runbooks and staged rollbacks, and design CI/CD pipelines targeting both AKS and edge K3s.

A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience is required. Essential skills include proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) for Azure resource provisioning. Expertise in artifact security scanning and gates using Wiz and Azure Container Registry (ACR) is mandatory.

Candidates must have experience with edge deployment automation, including PXE server boot for zero-touch imaging. Strong understanding of patch management for both software and hardware, as well as edge networking and resiliency (infrastructure layer), is crucial. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is also required.
