As a Manager, you will provide expert opinions and advisory services on various transfer pricing issues, including business model optimization, profit split methods, and specified domestic transactions. You will also lead advisory efforts related to business restructuring, review inter-company pricing, and assess potential transfer pricing exposures.

Key responsibilities include managing Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) applications from filing to coordination with authorities, preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, and understanding client business profiles. You will also handle transfer pricing assessments and appeals, compile information for submissions, and prepare written arguments with analysis of case laws.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA Finance qualification from a premier institute, coupled with 5-7 years of specialized experience in Transfer Pricing.
