Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering for enterprise programs as a Test Manager. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership, a forward-thinking vision, and deep hands-on experience in functional, non-functional, automation, and performance testing. You will spearhead quality transformation, optimize QE delivery models, and ensure testing strategies align seamlessly with business objectives.

Define and execute enterprise Test Strategy and Quality Roadmap. Establish robust governance for SIT, UAT, Regression, and NFT. Champion Shift-Left and Shift-Right Quality Engineering practices, owning quality gates and release sign-offs. Present critical quality metrics to CXO stakeholders.

Lead and mentor large cross-functional QA teams (20–100+ members), managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery models. Oversee estimations, budgeting, capacity planning, and forecasting. Drive risk-based testing and critical defect triage to ensure on-time release readiness across multiple tracks.

Drive automation excellence across frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca. Enhance regression efficiency through CI/CD integration. Establish traceability, test coverage, and quality dashboards. Promote reusability, script optimization, and framework scalability.

Develop and own performance testing strategies (Load, Stress, Soak, Scalability). Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including TPS, concurrency, and response time SLAs. Align with observability and production monitoring. Ensure system resilience and capacity validation.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for Quality, collaborating with Business, Architecture, DevOps, and Infra teams. Lead UAT governance and provide executive-level dashboards and reporting.

Implement QE maturity models and drive AI-enabled testing initiatives. Standardize tools, eliminate redundancies, and build Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) frameworks. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset.

Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset and execution rigor. Excellent negotiation and escalation management skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and influence senior stakeholders.

Demonstrate technical expertise in Automation Tools (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca), Performance Tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, K6), API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git), and Test Management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure Test Plans). Familiarity with Cloud and DevOps environments (Azure/AWS) is essential.

Possess strong Quality Engineering capabilities including risk-based test modeling, test coverage analysis, workload modeling, defect leakage reduction, and defect prevention strategies. Experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Oil & Gas industries is highly preferred.

Candidates should have 8-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise programs. An educational background of BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/EEE/Electronics is mandatory. ISTQB/Agile certifications and experience with SAP, Core Banking, CRM, or Digital Channels are considered a plus.
