Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide strong technical leadership to development teams, mentoring them on best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. Analyze and gather requirements, translating them effectively into detailed technical specifications for development. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, assessing their suitability and potential impact on project success. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to open-source projects and promote engagement with the open-source community within the organization.

A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technical leadership and solution architecture. Demonstrated expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in full-stack development, encompassing front-end and back-end technologies, API integrations, and secure application deployment. Solid understanding of cybersecurity and accessibility standards pertinent to government applications. Proven experience leading the design and architecture of robust software systems. Strong technical acumen in cloud computing, software development, databases, networking, and security principles. Familiarity with software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks. Expertise in Java and Node.js development, including frameworks like Spring and Express.js. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for this role.
