This role focuses on leading technical operations within gTech Ads Tools, emphasizing automation and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and drive innovation for our global teams and customers.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into automated, scalable digital workflows to reduce operational friction. You will oversee the ongoing development of intake systems, intelligent routing, and support configurations used by thousands of global agents.

Collaborate with product and business leaders to align operational engines with AI-driven automation goals. Maintain critical infrastructure while optimizing systems for faster market entry and improved Return on Investment (ROI). Cultivate a team culture that fosters innovation, ensuring system stability for a seamless customer experience.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, along with experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Proven people management experience is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 8 years of experience in project management, analytics, software coding, customer-facing web technologies, data analysis (SQL/MySQL), customer-facing roles, operations management (process improvement, workflow optimization), and working with Unix or Linux operating systems.
