Lead enterprise compliance programs across various frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001. Design, implement, and refine governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks that align with business goals and regulatory needs. Conduct thorough compliance assessments, gap analyses, and control testing. Evaluate the effectiveness of key technology controls for SDLC, IAM, data protection, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Partner with engineering teams to integrate security and compliance into cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines. Lead security assessments for AI/GenAI systems and define remediation roadmaps. Drive automation of compliance activities using AI, GenAI, and GRC platforms. Establish governance mechanisms, reporting dashboards for executives, and mentor team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Applications is required, with Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications being a plus.
