Lead end-to-end data migration activities, including designing and executing solutions using SAP BODS, Syniti ADM, and Informatica PowerCenter. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop source-to-target mappings, and prepare functional/technical specifications. Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, testing, and provide production support. Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring configuration validation, data quality checks, and successful cutover. Mentor team members and ensure delivery governance.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Migration and ETL development is essential, with specific expertise in SAP BODS, Syniti ADM, and Informatica PowerCenter. Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP modules and proficiency in MS SQL Server are required. Experience with Oracle databases and involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including cutover planning and reconciliation, are crucial. Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills are necessary for collaborative success.
