As a Manager in Tech Consulting, you will be instrumental in delivering technical excellence. Your core responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. You will build and maintain seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and various third-party systems.

Key tasks involve creating RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, and Azure Functions. You will implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management. A significant part of your role will involve working with Power Platform components, configuring CRM entities, and developing customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF Controls. Collaboration with stakeholders, troubleshooting, code reviews, and documentation are also essential components of this position.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. You should possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies.

Essential skills include expertise in Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms. Proficiency in building various API types, Azure Functions, and Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Dataverse is crucial. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and PCF Controls is also necessary.
