As a Manager in Tech Consulting specializing in AI and Data, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and business solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing credit risk data, developing robust risk management strategies, and enhancing credit assessment processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as EBA, PRA, and US FED, and possess a strong understanding of the Basel framework and regulatory reporting.

Key tasks involve documenting compliance processes, managing risks, and recommending enhancements to production processes and controls. You will review regulatory change deliveries, support operating model and data traceability, and ensure strong governance around regulatory reporting changes. Utilizing business process modeling techniques, you will document current and future state processes, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize improvement initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess 10-18 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk management, with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting. Strong business and data analysis skills are essential, including hands-on experience conducting workshops and authoring requirement specifications. A solid grasp of complex data lineage, data quality controls, and banking products is required. While knowledge of SQL is advantageous, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently, are paramount.

Candidates should hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis is also necessary.
