As a Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines for batch and real-time workloads using GCP services like Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery. You'll manage complex data manipulation for ML models, enforce data quality standards, and implement orchestration tools like Cloud Composer.

You will architect end-to-end MLOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build and GitHub Actions for automated training, evaluation, and deployment. Responsibilities also include managing the model lifecycle, setting up model monitoring, and deploying services on Cloud Run or GKE. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and cost optimization strategies are essential.

We are seeking a Manager with 6-9 years of experience in Technical Excellence, specifically in Automated Data Pipelines, Data Engineering, CI/CD Pipelines, and MLOps. A strong understanding of GCP deployment, infrastructure management, and solution architecture on GCP is required.

Key qualifications include experience with designing architecture diagrams, producing technical design documents, and developing infrastructure cost estimates. You will also lead and mentor a team of data engineers or ML engineers, define technical roadmaps, and foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. Experience with Looker or Looker Studio for reporting is also beneficial.
