The "Manager - Tech Consulting - GOV" role is within our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice in New Delhi. This position contributes to our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team, which provides best-in-class experience and local knowledge to address critical government challenges and reinvent public services through digital transformation.

As a Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will:

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Define scalable, secure, and high-performance designs utilizing appropriate technologies like open source, middleware, databases, cloud, and AI. - Lead technical decision-making, including tool selection, architecture patterns, integrations, and system design. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions through functional analysis and detailed documentation. - Ensure seamless system integration via APIs, middleware, and external platforms. - Oversee delivery and implementation, guiding development teams and upholding architecture standards. - Manage risks and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system stability and reliability. - Incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI and big data to foster innovation. - Govern security, compliance, and best practices throughout the architecture. - Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Mentor and guide teams, actively building architecture capabilities within the organization.
