Lead technology strategy and transformation initiatives within the Financial Services domain, focusing on areas like Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management.

Act as a Lead Business Analyst with at least 4-5 years of experience in a lead capacity, guiding a team of BAs on transformation projects.

Bring experience from large global organizations, preferably within the banking sector.

Possess a strong understanding of the Contact Center domain or banking areas interfacing with it.

Leverage expertise in Chatbot, Voicebot, NLU, LLM/GenAI, RM Chat, and Genesys Cloud.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required.

Minimum of 12 years of work experience as an Engineering Manager is essential.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Proven practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful, actionable solutions.
