Take ownership of project and program management, including PMO/EPMO setup and delivery, road-mapping, and process management using structured methodologies. Lead full project lifecycles from initiation to deployment, managing estimation, planning, tracking, scope, risks, and resources. Govern RAID processes, oversee integration roadmaps, and drive change management for effective adoption. Generate and publish project health dashboards and MIS reports, tracking benefit realization against planned targets. Interface with teams, management, and stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients, while adhering to governance processes and leading forums. Drive KPI/SLA tracking and performance reporting for data-driven decisions, and coordinate alignment across diverse workstreams and global teams.

We are seeking professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8 to 12 years of experience in project/program management or PMO. Essential skills include excellent project management capabilities, experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional teams in a global setting, and strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management abilities. Prior experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, particularly insurance engagements, is preferred. Familiarity with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, or Core Banking is beneficial. Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban is required, along with strong PMO governance, automated reporting, KPI tracking, and risk/dependency management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Server is a must. Demonstrated experience in dashboarding and data-driven program governance using tools like Power BI or Tableau is also crucial. The ability to learn and apply new technologies is expected. Industry certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or CSPO are advantageous.
