The ideal candidate understands technology's role in large-scale transformations and possesses experience in integrating technology and business processes to deliver value-driven solutions. These solutions encompass demand intake, portfolio planning, financial management, program execution, scheduling, risk mitigation, resource allocation, KPI definition, performance reporting, and data analytics through dashboards.

Manage projects and programs, including PMO/EPMO design and setup. Develop program roadmaps and oversee project management processes using structured methodologies and tools.

Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk/issue management, resource allocation, and status reporting.

Oversee RAID processes (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) across technology, operations, and business functions, and manage associated dashboards.

Lead integration roadmap development, including technology, process, and governance framework changes. Drive change management throughout projects and programs to ensure effective adoption.

Generate and publish project health dashboards and MIS reports, including data gathering, trend analysis, and metric presentation. Track benefit realization (planned vs. actual) throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate effectively with program teams, management, senior leadership, and clients. Operate within defined governance processes, policies, and standards, leading forums like program reviews and steering committees.

Lead KPI/SLA tracking and performance reporting for data-driven decision-making. Coordinate and align multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors in a global delivery model.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in project/program management or PMO is required.

Possess excellent project management skills with proven success in managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional teams in a global setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with stakeholder management capabilities, including presenting to executive sponsors and senior leadership.

Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, particularly with insurance engagements, is preferred. Familiarity with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Regulatory landscapes, and Core Banking systems is beneficial.

Experience with SDLC delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban is expected. Agile project delivery experience, including scaled Agile frameworks, portfolio, and product management using Agile tools, is highly desirable.

Demonstrate strong expertise in PMO governance, automated performance reporting, KPI tracking, and risk/dependency management. The ability to learn and apply new technologies is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server is mandatory.

Proven experience in dashboarding, MIS, automated reporting, and data-driven program governance using tools like Power BI or Tableau is essential. Experience in large transformation or managed services environments with multi-vendor or global delivery models is expected. Industry certifications like PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or CSPO are advantageous. Knowledge of tools like Primavera, Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
