This role is for a Manager in the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specializing in Indirect Tax within our Core team in New Delhi. We are looking for individuals who can help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, adapt to rapid change, and achieve operational excellence.

This role involves ensuring technical excellence in indirect tax matters. Key responsibilities include providing strong knowledge of GST regulations, compliance, and advisory services. You will manage GST return reviews and offer support for indirect tax assessments. Analyzing transaction flows to identify tax implications and preparing necessary tax documentation are also crucial aspects of this position.

You will also be responsible for supporting audit and litigation matters, and applying consulting skills to deliver client-focused indirect tax solutions. Collaboration across client departments and adherence to commercial and legal requirements are essential for success in this role.

To excel in this role, a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should possess a deep understanding of GST regulations and indirect tax frameworks.
