Lead strategic account development for Direct Tax (DT) offerings within designated industry and market segments. Drive the development and sale of new DT solutions, including managed services and technology-driven offerings, as part of our Go-To-Market initiatives. Enhance brand awareness for EY DT services internally and externally, supporting proposal and presentation development. Cultivate strong inter-service line relationships and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities. Monitor and report on sales opportunities, pipeline, and wins, while also identifying cross-selling opportunities for Tax, Company Secretary, and other services. Manage and plan assignments, including pricing, billing, and recovery, to maximize fee opportunities under Partner guidance.

We are seeking qualified Chartered Accountants with 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, or International Tax. Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills are essential for tackling complex issues. You should possess robust marketing and business development capabilities, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends. Essential attributes include technical competence in Tax and your specialized field, along with strong leadership skills to foster a high-performance environment and act as a mentor and coach.
