As a Manager in PAS Mobility, you will spearhead the execution and development of a client portfolio, focusing on delivering high-quality tax and regulatory solutions. Your responsibilities include cultivating independent client relationships and internal EY networks, leading engagements from planning to implementation, and managing budgets and timelines effectively.

You will provide expert advice on individual income tax, global mobility, payroll tax, social security, and immigration matters for internationally mobile employees. This involves leading inbound and outbound assignment support, including tax computations and returns, and reviewing complex deliverables before client submission. Furthermore, you will manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate effectively across jurisdictions, and guide the development of engagement teams through coaching and delegation, ensuring adherence to quality and risk management standards. Identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and contributing to thought leadership are also key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in People Advisory Services, global mobility, individual taxation, or related tax and regulatory services.
