Our TAX - ITTS - Corporate Tax Advisory division connects clients with tax professionals offering comprehensive services. We leverage deep expertise and advanced technology to deliver critical insights and robust strategies, helping businesses navigate complex global tax landscapes and achieve sustainable value.

Develop and deliver expert advice in corporate tax advisory, specializing in succession planning, estate planning, and promoter entity structuring. Provide guidance on exchange control regulations, LRS, overseas investments, and family office trust structures. Advise on personal taxation matters, including capital gains and associated tax planning. Ensure accuracy and relevance in advisory deliverables, contributing to solution design and client meetings with a strong grasp of tax structuring concepts.

Candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in tax and regulatory matters.
