This Manager role is within our National TAX ITTS Advisory team, based in New Delhi. Our global tax professionals provide comprehensive services, assisting clients through an era of rapid change. We blend deep expertise with advanced technology to deliver strategic insights and help businesses navigate complex tax landscapes worldwide, ensuring compliance and driving sustainable value.

As a Manager, you will leverage strong technical and communication skills, particularly with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). You will contribute to technical excellence within the team, providing expert advisory services to clients.

You will be instrumental in offering services across multiple client departments, adhering strictly to commercial and legal requirements. Your role involves a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex issues, delivering insightful and actionable recommendations.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication abilities, with specific experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

We are seeking individuals with a background in M&A, ideally with experience in a Big Four firm, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
