Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in delivering high-quality transaction tax solutions, managing engagement teams, and exceeding client expectations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing account strategies, selling new solutions, and enhancing the brand awareness of EY's Transaction Tax services. Building strong cross-service line relationships to identify new client opportunities and driving sales initiatives are also core to this role. You will manage client engagements professionally, maintain continuous client interaction, and proactively advise on strategic tax and global emerging practices.

We are seeking a Manager with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in M&A tax and regulatory work. A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong collaborative abilities, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the capacity to deliver insightful solutions.
