As a Transaction Tax Manager, your primary goal is to deliver high-quality client solutions by applying your tax knowledge, supported by experienced colleagues. You will contribute to profitable growth through efficient client engagement execution.

Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. You will build strong client relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

Day-to-day tasks involve researching transaction tax laws (domestic, international, corporate, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, stamp duty) for inbound/outbound deals and reorganizations. You will analyze tax theories, prepare client deliverables, conduct direct tax diligence, and apply efficient tax processes. Staying updated on industry trends, maintaining records, and preparing training materials are also crucial. You will support knowledge sharing, improve processes, network internally, and ensure compliance with risk management strategies.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Chartered Accountant qualification. We require 2-3 years of post-qualification experience specifically in M&A taxation matters, along with practical knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws.
