This role is for a Manager within the National Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Pune.

Our competencies span Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services.

Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React. Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade Python code. Build robust APIs with FastAPI, ensuring performance and reliability. Integrate AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for intelligent application features. Create cohesive full-stack solutions, connecting front-end and back-end components to meet modern engineering standards.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a Master of Computer Applications is required.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in React-based front-end development. Possess proficiency in Python development with a focus on clean, maintainable code. Exhibit solid expertise in developing APIs using FastAPI. Have working knowledge of AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Show ability to connect front-end and back-end components into full-stack solutions.

Requires 3+ years in Backend Development, 2+ years in Frontend Development, 4+ years in Full Stack Development, and 6+ years in Software Architecture.
