Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and a Master of Computer Applications. A strong foundation in backend development (3+ years), frontend development (2+ years), and full-stack development (4+ years) is essential. Expertise in software architecture (6+ years) is also required. The ideal candidate demonstrates hands-on experience with React for building responsive web applications and proficiency in Python for writing clean, maintainable code. Solid expertise in developing robust APIs using FastAPI, including performance and reliability, is crucial. Familiarity with AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques is a plus. The ability to integrate front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions, aligned with modern engineering standards, is expected.
