This Manager role focuses on supporting accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. You will lead a small team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Key duties include managing month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.

Responsibilities also encompass supporting financial statement preparation and review according to accounting standards. You will oversee TDS and GST compliances, including returns and reconciliations, and coordinate with tax teams. Proficiency in ERP systems is essential for ensuring data accuracy and completeness. You will also prepare and review reports using MS Excel and manage client, auditor, and internal team coordination for issue resolution.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting. A strong working knowledge of financial statements, TDS, and GST compliances is required. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally is essential, along with advanced MS Excel skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are vital.
