Guide clients on GIFT City setup, tax structuring, and ongoing regulatory considerations for new and existing units.

Manage global compliance and reporting assignments, effectively engaging with clients and regulators.

Draft technically accurate English documentation, opinions, and compliance submissions with precision.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with robust experience in taxation, particularly corporate tax.

Demonstrated expertise in regulatory matters, including FEMA and SEBI.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Possess a practical approach to problem-solving complex issues and delivering insightful, actionable solutions.
