This Manager role within the Financial Services (FS) Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) tax team in Mumbai is central to navigating the dynamic financial services landscape. A key aspect involves advising on GIFT City setups, tax structuring, and ongoing regulatory considerations for both new and existing units. You will also manage global compliance and reporting assignments, effectively engaging with clients and regulators. Proficiency in drafting technically accurate English documentation, opinions, and compliance submissions is essential.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory. You should possess significant experience in taxation, particularly corporate tax, and a thorough understanding of regulatory aspects such as FEMA and SEBI.
