Develop and execute account strategies for Tax offerings, focusing on identified industry and market segments. Drive the sale of new solutions, including managed services and technology solutions, as part of our go-to-market initiatives.

Enhance brand awareness for our services, both internally and externally, and support proposal and presentation development. Cultivate strong relationships across service lines and with the business development team to identify new client opportunities and drive sales. Monitor and report on sales opportunities, pipeline, and wins, while also identifying cross-selling opportunities for other services.

Lead and manage assignments, including pricing, billing, and recovery, to maximize fee opportunities with partner guidance. Develop value-based solutions and apply technical expertise to complex client challenges. Understand macro and strategic issues, and gain deep insight into industry, market, and economic conditions.

Build specialized competencies and gain recognition as a technical resource. Contribute to firm profitability by generating additional work from existing clients and supporting new client proposals. Expand opportunities with current clients and act on referrals within the service line. Provide clients with perspectives on local and global market trends and emerging practices.

Participate in developing new products, services, and delivery methods. Manage straightforward risk management issues, progressively taking on greater responsibility while ensuring compliance. Contribute significantly to knowledge-sharing efforts and process improvements. Proactively take on leadership roles, work on cross-service line engagements, mentor team members, and resolve people-related issues. Hire and mentor a team of 5-8 members.
