The Manager role within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) - Indirect Tax team in New Delhi is a significant opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry sector. The AMI industry encompasses Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation, including Mobility-as-a-Service.

As a Manager in Indirect Tax, you will leverage deep technical expertise in frameworks like GST, customs, and VAT/excise. Your role involves providing advisory services, including tax structuring and input tax credit optimization, and conducting detailed transaction-level tax analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting statutory provisions, notifications, and judicial precedents to ensure accurate tax positions.

Furthermore, you will design and review indirect tax compliance processes and return filings for complex multi-state or cross-border operations. A key aspect of this role includes supporting departmental and litigation matters, responding to show-cause notices, and handling assessments and advance rulings.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect tax.
