Join our team as a Talent Relations Manager, a pivotal role focused on cultivating a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace. This position is instrumental in managing workplace relations, conducting thorough employee investigations, and offering strategic advice to business leaders on people-related risks.

This role collaborates closely with Talent, Legal, Compliance, Ethics, and business leaders to uphold company policies, employment laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. A key aspect is fostering an environment of integrity and trust across the organization.

Key responsibilities include expertly handling complex employee relations matters such as grievances, complaints, and policy violations, while also providing essential guidance on workplace conduct and disciplinary actions. You will conduct objective and timely investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, and ethical breaches, meticulously gathering and assessing evidence.

Furthermore, you will ensure strict adherence to employment laws and company policies, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and develop/update employee relations policies and investigation protocols. Maintaining accurate case documentation and preparing insightful reports for leadership are also core functions.

We are seeking a candidate with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, possessing at least 9 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Investigations, or Human Resources. A strong track record in conducting workplace investigations and a deep understanding of employment practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management are essential.

Proven experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and senior business leaders is required. You will be adept at conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and possess excellent report writing and communication skills, underpinned by unwavering confidentiality and professional judgment.
